COPENHAGEN MEETING
On the first day: Situation of Grant Agreement, update of the project situation, actions for the next period and next meeting date-place discussion. Presentation of the information related to each of the pilots and replications, panel Indicator and finally discussion of Panel Indicator. 

On the second day: Workshops were scheduled for definition-discussion of methodology of the energy efficiency measurement and evaluating the impact.  Some presentations also were shceduled: Design-specification of the pilots and dissemination Plan.

KICK OFF MEETING IN SAN SEBASTIAN
On the first day presentation of the partners, overview of the project and a presentation on administrative and financial issues were presented.
On the second day the technical work started and the workpackages already initiated were discussed between the partners.
